COVID-19 Test Certificate
OHP can assist with a COVID-19 Test Certificate (also known as a Certificate of Coronavirus Testing) for international travel.
The certificate will show your details and test result
Results will show up as either “Not detected” or “Positive/detected.
For additional verification purposes the results should include your passport number. We recommend you have this at hand when you speak to one of our GPs.

Please also note, SARS CoV-2 is a Notifiable Disease, meaning it is a positive antigen test (current infection) therefore it should be should be reported to Public Health England
