Please check to ensure that all your details are up to date, accurate and match your passport and travel document. Please also ensure you write a date and time your sample was taken as incorrect or incomplete data will delay your results.
To ensure an accurate result please follow the enclosed guidelines for taking a good sample as this is essential to getting an accurate result. If you would like to book a virtual GP consultation, home or work visit or would just like to call us for advice please call (+44) 1 908 915 899.
Once sample has been completed please seal and send your kit to the laboratory using the enclosed Royal Mail 24 hour tracked delivery. Whilst we are unable to guarantee courier time and performance, we suggest at your discretion, that you may consider delivering the kit yourself to the laboratory.

Your result will be sent to us from the laboratory and once we receive this, we will forward it to you.

Although we are unable to guarantee laboratory turn over time we can assure you their performance has always been better than the estimated times provided to you.
